The Series: A year ago, the Knights came away with a narrow five-point win over SUNY Canton, improving to 25-8 all-time against the Kangaroos.

Key Stats for Clarkson (1-1): Last season, the Golden Knights led the Liberty League by a wide margin in free throw percentage (73.2%), and the early results of 2023-24 look to be the same for Clarkson. The Knights are shooting 80.0% from the line (24-for-30). Raelin Burns is averaging 17.0 points per game, with the conference's leading scorer from a year ago, Cassidy Dumont, close behind at 16.5 points per contest. Bella Doyle has been just short of two double-doubles, averaging 14.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.

Key Stats for SUNY Canton (3-0): The Kangaroos lost their top two scorers from a season ago, but appear to have had little trouble replacing the production.
