The Series: Clarkson has won 10 times and tied five more in 39 meetings against RPI, including a 0-0 tie in 2022. Clarkson last beat the Engineers in 2009.

Key Stats for Clarkson (8-4-2, 2-4-0 Liberty League): After a strong start in both non-conference and league games, the Golden Knights have been a bit unlucky with injuries, fluke goals, and the ensuing results. The Green and Gold have allowed just nine goals in 14 games, with all of them coming in the second half of those games. Offensively, the Knights have produced 25 goals, with six different players having produced multiple scores this year. Junior Chloe Hodge leads the team with 11 points on five goals and an assist, including two penalty kick scores. Hodge has moved up to 12th all-time in scoring at Clarkson and is seventh all-time in assists.

Key Stats for Rensselaer (7-3-3, 2-3-1 Liberty League): The Engineers are in the same boat as Clarkson in terms of needing to pick up wins and not ties down the stretch. Gwen Barnes leads the team with 19 points on eight goals and three assists, 11 points more than any other player on the squad. Veronica Martinez de Pinillos has eight points (3-2-8), Haley Cole has seven (3-1-7), while both Bryanna Swinson (3-0-6) and Rachel Borra (1-4-6) are just behind that duo. Megan Wampner has started all 13 games in goal for the Engineers, posting a .795 save percentage and 1.00 goals against average. Sierra Skelding has split time with Wampner in three of the league contests.
