The Series: Clarkson is 10-24-4 all-time against the Engineers, but the last victory came in 2009. RPI came away with a 2-0 victory last season despite Clarkson winning the battle in shots (11-10).

Key Stats for Clarkson (9-5-2, 4-3-1 Liberty League): The Golden Knights have the longest active winning streak in the Liberty League with four straight victories with both the offense and defense playing well. Clarkson's 31 goals this year are the third most in program history behind the 33 scored in 2015 and 35 in 1992, while the 14 goals allowed currently stand as the lowest goals against average in program history. Sophomore Chloe Hodge picked up two more assists in Clarkson's win over St. Lawrence on Tuesday, giving her seven on the season, the second best figure in the Liberty League.

Key Stats for Rensselaer (3-7-4, 1-4-3 Liberty League): Following a scoreless tie against Vassar College on Wednesday evening, the Engineers have now scored just one goal in their last six games. Only team-leading scorer Gwen Barnes (4-1-9) has scored a goal for RPI since the team's game against Bard College on September 24th. That deficiency on offense has been offset by a solid defensive performance overall, as RPI has allowed only 16 goals in 14 games this year. Megan Wampner has played the majority of time in goal for the Engineers, making 42 saves in 900 minutes for a .778 save percentage and 1.20 goals against average.
