Looking to get back on track, the Clarkson University Women's Basketball team will end a lengthy group of home weekends when the team hosts Vassar College and Bard College on Friday and Saturday at Alumni Gymnasium.

Live Stats/Live Video

The Series vs. Vassar: The Brewers scored at least 21 points in all four quarters of the first meeting between the two teams, shooting 59.1% overall and 43.3% (10-for-23) from beyond the 3-point arc against Clarkson.

The Series vs. Bard: Clarkson is 16-1 all-time against the Raptors, squeaking out a win against Bard (55-52) in the first game between the two teams. The Knights led by 15 at the half, but reduced offense allowed the Raptors to make things interesting.

Key Stats for Clarkson (6-10 overall, 2-8 Liberty League): Sophomore transfer Lauren Bell had one of her best games for the Knights against Vassar, coming within a point and two rebounds of a double-double and shooting 4-for-8 from the floor. If Clarkson is to compete with the Brewers in the second meeting, they will need a better effort from the rest of the starters, who shot just 10-for-39. Hannah Earl leads the team in scoring at 12.1 ppg and Emma Buonanno is tied for the conference lead in steals (42).

Key Stats for Vassar (12-5 overall, 8-2 Liberty League): Sophie Nick ranks sixth in the league in scoring (14.1 ppg), third in rebounding (10.1 rpg) and third in field goal percentage (51.1%), and her run over the last three games for the Brewers has been even more impressive. In that stretch, she has averaged 19.0 ppg and 12.3 rpg, shooting 24-for-34 (73.5%). Isa Peczuh is the team's top shooter, ranking second in the league in 3-pointers (41) with a success rate of 91.3% from the free throw line. Vassar leads the conference in offense, with its 71.4 ppg ranking first, as well as the top figures in field goal percentage (43.3%) and free throw percentage (73.7%).

Key Stats for Bard (5-12 overall, 0-10 Liberty League): Sophomore Christina Kiser played just eight minutes in the team's last game and had to leave with an injury. Kiser leads the conference in scoring (21.1 ppg) and has made more free throws (119) than any other player has even attempted. In fact, she has taken 147 overall, which is only 23 fewer than Clarkson has attempted as a team. Even before her injury, Kiser's offensive output was slowing somewhat, as she has been held to less than 20 points for five straight games. Jess Rylander ranks second on the team in scoring at 10.8 ppg.
