The Series vs. Vassar: The last four games between Clarkson and the Brewers have been decided by six points or less with the Knights winning three of the four contests. Clarkson narrowly leads the series (18-16) and the two teams split the series last year with each team winning on its home court.

The Series vs. Bard: Clarkson gave the Raptors its only Liberty League win back in the 2011-12 season, but the Knights have dominated since with nine straight wins by an average of 26 points per game. Clarkson's two wins last year came by an average of 44.5 ppg.

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-4, 0-2 Liberty League): The Golden Knights are operating at a deficit of 8.3 rebounds per game, but Clarkson makes up for the short end of that margin by forcing 17.7 turnovers per contest. Clarkson also leads the conference in 3-point field goals made by a wide margin, having sunk 66 long-range shots, 12 more than any other Liberty League team. Devin Sorell (18), Molly Stewart (16) and Madison Shea (13) have combined to make 47 3-pointers, which would rank tied for fourth in the conference.

Key Stats for Vassar (6-3, 1-1 Liberty League): Starting forwards Sophie Nick (13.6 points per game) and Ariella Rosenthal (10.8 ppg) are the top two scorers for the Brewers, but Vassar gets a significant portion of its points from its bench players. The third through fifth leading scorers for Vassar are Nicole Teta, Isa Peczuh and Julia Roellke, who have combined for 129 points (16.8 ppg) in their non-starting nods off the bench.

Key Stats for Bard (0-8, 0-2 Liberty League): The Raptors have lost 49 straight games dating back to the start of the conference season in 2015-16 and their offense continues to sputter from last year. In 2016-17, the Raptors ranked 432nd in points per game and 428th in field goal percentage (out of 434 teams) and they rank 427th and 426th, respectively, in those two categories in 2017-18 (among 435 teams). Bard isn't much better on the defensive end, ranking 403rd in points allowed (73.4 ppg).
